By accessing and using DIAGLO, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Service Description
DIAGLO offers vehicle diagnostic services using an artificial intelligence (AI) system that analyzes user-provided input data (e.g., symptoms observed by the user during normal vehicle operation) to generate technical suggestions and diagnostic reports that may be useful for repairs. Our service is designed to assist vehicle owners and mechanics in identifying potential vehicle issues. Although we make efforts to train the AI used, the system may sometimes generate errors, omissions, or incomplete solutions, including as a result of the fact that results are based on information provided by the user. Additionally, the AI system may misinterpret some complex symptoms. We recommend that any critical diagnostic or repair procedure (for example, but not limited to, brake system, steering, safety/airbag) be verified and performed by an authorized service center.
Disclaimer
The DIAGLO service uses artificial intelligence to interpret vehicle data. Results are provided exclusively for informational purposes. The user is advised to consult an authorized mechanic before performing any repair.
Limitation of Liability
DIAGLO provides technical suggestions and is not a certified mechanical diagnosis. Users are advised to consult an authorized mechanic before performing any repairs. CONSULT ENGINEERING INSTALATII SRL is not liable for:
- Material damage to the vehicle (for example: installation errors, incompatible parts ordered based on AI suggestions);
- Bodily injury or accidents resulting from the user's attempt to perform repairs on their own;
- Financial or any other losses caused by an incorrect diagnosis provided by the platform.
Digital Delivery and Refunds
DIAGLO provides digital diagnostic reports delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are only available in specific circumstances as permitted by EU consumer protection laws for digital content.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DIAGLO are owned by CONSULT ENGINEERING INSTALATII SRL and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Data
By using the DIAGLO service, you agree and consent to the processing of personal data (for example: first and last name, email, VIN for vehicle, error codes, repair history, mileage). Personal data provided by the user through the use of the service is retained for a period of 6 months. After this period, personal data is irreversibly anonymized. The user has the rights conferred by law in the case of personal data processing - access to it, rectification or deletion of it or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the operation of the service or to limit access to certain functionalities of the AI system at any time, without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
The user declares that the data entered into the DIAGLO service are those personally observed and that they are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (for example: symptoms observed for the vehicle, owned vehicle VIN, email address, etc.). Incorrect information entered as input data may lead to erroneous results.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. The user expressly, unequivocally, irrevocably and unconditionally declares that in the event of any dispute/litigation in connection with the DIAGLO service, they understand to accept as applicable the material and procedural rules of Romanian law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Romania and waive the applicability of any foreign jurisdiction that could be incident in resolving such dispute/litigation.
